Our aim is to provide a quality service. However things can go wrong. We fully comply with Lewisham Primary Care Trust’s complaints procedure and in the event that you wish to make a complaint or provide feedback we recommend you to speak or write to the Practice Manager who will handle the matter with you.
You can also log in your complaint in the complaint book which is available at reception. The Patient Liaison and Advice Service (PALS) department is also able to assist patients and details are available below.
